Description:
Rugby Kickstart under the very successful banner of Sports Kickstart will be commencing in February 2009 and will be for both boys and girls from the ages of 4 through to 12. Whether it is the first time you have strapped on the boots or for those who want to develop their technical skills Rugby Kickstart will be perfect for all. The program will concentrate on preparing the individual for rugby through working on the technical aspects of the game, with the aim of creating a safer and more confident rugby player.
Cost:
45 min session - $155 for the term
60 min session - $165 for the term

Description:
Whether it be the first time you pick up a stick or you just want to perfect those hockey tricks? Come meet our extremly passionate, expert Hockey coaches and we ensure your child will develop thier hockey in a safe and fun way!!
Kickstart's program has been designed to make players confident and safe before a full game. This has involved modifying equipment to reduce accidents i.e. plastic sticks and soft balls. These will be used definitely if you child does not have a mouth guard. Mouth guards will be sold at the venue
Equipment Needed:
Hockey Stick if you have one . We do have plenty of extra sticks if this your first time so do not worry.
Mouthguard-If you child is over 9 years or over and playing on Sundays-it's compulsory as a safety pre-caution. If you child is under 9 and not playing on Sundays it is not compulsory but advisable please.

Our clinics are of the highest quality with specialist staff, technical activities and complete skill development!
Never ever picked up bat? Scored one hundred runs? It does not matter, Kickstart's cricket program will cater for all your needs. It will concentrate on developing the technical aspect of the game through skill correction, resulting in an increased skill level for each individual.
Cost:
4-6 yrs olds (45 mins) $220 for the term
7-12 yrs olds (60 mins) $270 for the term

Cricket 1 on 1 Training
Who: For any player wishing to develop thier cricketing ability through specialist one to one coaching.
Ages: U7 to Adult
Please Bring:- 1 drink bottle
- Ventolin if asthmatic
- Cricket Equipment
This one to one program is designed to cater for crickters of all ages and abilities and is aimed at players wanting to significantly develop their skills. The training can be geared towards either batting or bowling with specialist wicket keeper training also available.
Sessions will run for 1/2 an hour and can be booked in at any time depending on availability. The training cost of $65 per session or $500 for 9.
24 Hours notice is required if a session has to be cancelled otherwise charges will be incurred. If 24 hours notice is given, the session will be made up at the earliest convenience. Please note sessions are only confirmed if they are booked and paid for in advanced. Places are very limited.
